Brian Holly is a shareholder with the firm Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Hamline University School of Law in 2004 and was an editor on the Hamline Journal of Public Law & Policy. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Minnesota in 2001.
Brian was admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota in October 2004. He is also admitted in U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. Upon graduation from law school Brian worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Allen L. Oleisky in the Fourth Judicial District, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Brian joined Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson & Hager, P.A. in August 2005 and has experience in workers’ compensation litigation, including trial work and appellate work.
Brian focuses his practice on all aspects of workers’ compensation defense in which he represent insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators. He represents a large Minnesota footwear company, large grocery store chains, a large fitness center company, several assisted living facilities, food plants, and several small employers, and manufacturers. He has experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including trial work, appeals, and employer liability. He takes a cost-effective approach to aggressively advocating on behalf of his clients. He is organized and methodical and analyzes a case from every angle to ensure the best possible outcome.
Brian is a member of the HCBA, MSBA, MDLA and the MDLA Workers’ Compensation Committee.
